This website was created and is maintained to both educate the people of Kansas and Kansas City about buying HUD homes, foreclosure homes, bank owned homes, REO (real estate owned) and how to finance them utilizing FHA 203(k),conventional and other forms of mortgages.  In addition this website was created and is maintained to generate leads and prospects for Chris, his staff and his referred-to agents.  All licensed agents earn a commission when a house is bought or sold, usually from the home seller.

In addition, the agents may charge an additional commission of $275.00 to help offset administrative costs of closing agents and transaction agents who assist with making sure you have a clean closing. In the case of Chris, his staff or referred-to agents working with homes being financed under FHA 203(k) financing there will be an additional commission charged to the buyer in the amount of $450.00.   FHA 203(k) loans require many extra steps, appointments, travel and knowledge above and beyond the norm for a real estate transaction.
